i was absolutely shocked by the long check-in process, it felt like waiting for a table at an overpriced restaurant. and, give me a break, i had to ask multiple times for the safe box, as if my belongings were not important. a complimentary drink woudl ve been nice after that fiasco. just couldn’t give a great review.

The attention from the family-owned staff was heartfelt, making the stay memorable. They even provided snacks for my early Machu Picchu tour. The cleanliness of the property and the comfortable bed made relaxation easy. Just a heads up—the elevator is out of commission during rain, but the stairs aren't a dealbreaker.
